The people of Alice, Texas, are probably thoroughly embarrassed. I can't say that I blame them. Check this out. A man asks his neighbor to baby sit his Shih-Tzu. The neighbor also happens to be the neighbor. The dog is reported missing by the mayor. It is shortly thereafter found at her sister's house in the country. Oops! Nobody buys the mysterious woman who found it and dropped it off explanation. The owners of the dog call to check on it to be told that the dog died. However it is spotted in a grooming salon. Now, the mayor, and her sister are facing felony charges because the woman obviously has issues. Now, I love dogs, however I wouldn't dog sit and make up a story just to keep it. Geez!
